How do you install service on an RV?

Our technicians will do their best to find a way into the trailer without drilling. If this is not possible, we will drill a small hole for the cable and seal it afterward. During installation, we will mount the antenna/radio to the RV or a detached post (if available/provided by the customer), run a CAT-5 cable from the antenna to the desired spot in the trailer, and install POE devices (i.e. modem) inside the trailer. Please note: You are required to provide your own WiFi router.

What happens during off-season?

During the off-season, your service is placed on temporary suspension, there is no fee for this. The equipment stays on your cottage or stationary trailer.

What if I need less than 6 months of service?

You will be billed for a 6-month minimum even if you do not need the full 6 months.

Do I need to provide my own Wifi router?

Yes, a Wifi router is required. This can be purchased from RuralLynx.
